NOISEBUG OPEN HOUSE THIS SATURDAY 11/7 1-5PM

Synthux Academy - Touch 2

Description

Touch 2 Touch Synthesizer and Stereo Effects Platform

The Synthux Touch 2 is a Daisy Seed-based synthesizer and effects platform built around 12 capacitive touch pads. Play sounds, process stereo audio and explore different instruments by changing its open-source firmware and swappable faceplates.

Choose from bass synthesis, string voice, looping, multi-effects, drums and slicing firmware. Flash the firmware you want to use and fit the corresponding faceplate for a different touch-centric workflow. For developers and aspiring instrument designers, Touch 2 also provides a platform for creating your own audio tools.

Performance and Sound-Design Features

  • 12 capacitive touch pads: interact directly with sounds and effects.
  • Hands-on parameter controls: six trim knobs, two faders and two switches.
  • Open-source firmware options: explore bass, string, looper, FX, drums and slicer modes.
  • Stereo input and output: play and process stereo signals.
  • Daisy Seed platform: develop and load your own instruments and effects.
  • 96kHz / 24-bit audio: support for high-fidelity synthesis and signal processing.

Included Faceplates

The listing's feature list specifies three swappable faceplates for bass, string and FX modes, plus one blank faceplate for custom creations. Other firmware modes are available, but their corresponding faceplates are not confirmed as included.

Audio Input Compatibility

Touch 2 inputs are suitable for line-level sources only. Do not connect Eurorack-level signals without attenuation.

  • Platform: Daisy Seed
  • Audio: 96kHz / 24-bit
  • Connections: stereo input and output
